KAYWEB CMS Shopping allows visitors to register and order products on KAYWEB clients’ websites. The customer is then automatically sent an Order Confirmation email for reference of their order, with important details regarding shipping.
When an order is dispatched, KAYWEB CMS Shopping sends another email to the customer notifying them of their order’s status.
Order status and order history are also visible on each customer’s personal profile page.
